Roan Mountain native and Family Nurse Practitioner Savannah Whitehead, APN, earned her BSN from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in 2017, then went back to school to earn her MSN from King University in 2020. She brings 7 years of nursing experience to our team, including long-term care, wound care, and in the Emergency Department. At home, Savannah is the proud owner of 3 hound dogs; General, Jolene, and Dolly. When she is not at work, Savannah enjoys CrossFit with friends, UT Athletics, and going to the lake. Savannah Whitehead, APN, joined Medical Care’s team of Family Nurse Practitioners in November of 2020.
