Elliot Loughran, APN, first began his nursing career obtaining his BSN from East Tennessee State University in 2014. He brings experience in pulmonary step-down, neurological step-down, Psychiatric intensive care and home health. He’s also had experience as the floor manager at Johnson City Medical Center over the neurological floor. In early 2024, he graduated with his Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He loves helping patients find creative solutions to their medical needs. He loves to scuba dive, snowboard, ski, travel and ride his motorcycle.
