Alice Myers graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2001 and became licensed as a family nurse practitioner in 2002. She joined Medical Care that same year and has been providing competent care to clients of all ages ever since, with a focus on meeting her patients' needs through education and family involvement. Her background as a registered nurse includes several years as a charge nurse on units involving OB/GYN patients and patients with ear, eye, nose, and throat surgeries. Alice was also the Medical-Surgical Coordinator for Johnson City Specialty Hospital, where she managed the hospital nursing staff and was a member of performance improvement research teams and the Nurse Executive Council for Mountain States Health Alliance.
