The Johnson City office was purchased and renovated in 2003 and opened in June 2004. Our Johnson City office is our newest and largest Medical Care office offering the highest level of health care to the Johnson City area. The office houses our administrative functions, imaging, and primary lab.

The office has twenty-five exam rooms, fourteen bathrooms, two waiting areas, Lab, X-Ray, CT Scan, and is located on Main St in Johnson City, just below I-26.
