Kenneth Hopland, MD, grew up in Elizabethton and graduated from East Tennessee State University in 1998 and then from Quillen College of Medicine in 2002. He completed his residency training in family practice with ETSU Physicians in Bristol, Tenn, in 2005. He has been practicing full-time at Medical Care since July, 2005. He is Board-Certified in Family Practice, and a member of the American Academy of Family Practice. He is also a board member of Qualuable, the largest Accountable Care Organization (ACO) in Northeast Tennessee. Dr. Hopland enjoys outdoor sports, spending time with his family, and spending time on Watauga Lake. He and his wife Heather three children, Clay, Baylor, and Barnes, and live in Elizabethton.
