On my first visit what should I bring?

Please bring your insurance cards, medications or a list of medications, and a picture ID every time you come in for an appointment. We accept most insurance, including most private insurances, Bluecare, United Healthcare Tenncare, and Tenncare Select. We accept cash patients and provide a discount. We also accept worker compensation.

How do I make an appointment?

How do I get a prescription refill?

Online prescription refill requests are now available. Visit the Make Refill Request section of our site to make your request. Please allow 72 hours for your request to be processed. Pain medications may not be refilled online. An appointment with your provider will be necessary.

You may also call and make your requests over the phone. Please allow 3-4 days for your prescription to be called in to the pharmacy. Pain medication prescriptions will not be refilled over the phone. You must be seen by a provider before a prescription can be written.
